1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AgroWorld (agroworld.space), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Terms for Farmers

As a farmer on AgroWorld, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate product information and quality descriptions
  • Maintain high product quality standards
  • Process orders promptly within agreed timeframes
  • Not engage in fraudulent activities
  • Accept commission fees per transaction

3. Terms for Buyers

As a buyer on AgroWorld, you agree to:

  • Pay the full price before product release
  • Provide accurate delivery addresses
  • Accept products within 7 days unless quality issues arise
  • Report disputes within 3 days of delivery
  • Comply with all payment terms

4. Marketplace Rules

All users must:

  • Provide genuine, verified identities
  • Not engage in harassment or abusive behavior
  • Not attempt to bypass platform fees
  • Not conduct transactions outside the platform
  • Respect intellectual property rights

5. Payment Terms and Fee Structure

Commission: 3.5% per transaction | Listing Fee: Free for first 10 listings, then ₦50/listing | Payment Processing: 2-3 business days | Withdrawal Minimum: ₦5,000

6. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are mediated by our platform team within 7 days. We investigate quality issues, payment discrepancies, and delivery problems. Decisions are final and binding under Nigerian arbitration law.

7. Quality Standards

All products must meet our quality grading standards verified by AI. Products not meeting standards will be rejected with full refund to buyers.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for: fraud, non-payment, quality violations, abusive behavior, or legal violations. Terminated accounts cannot appeal after 30 days.

9. Fraud Prevention Policy

We use AI to detect and prevent fraudulent activities. Accounts detected in fraud attempts are immediately suspended and reported to relevant authorities.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved under Nigerian jurisdiction.
